Claims Reviewer Details

· Completely Remote work

· NOT a call center role

· This is a sales call complaint handling role (they will NOT be speaking to people over the phone though)

· They will listen to sales calls & receive sales call-related complaints

· Working with multiple lines of Prudential business such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and Medicare Plans, MEDICARE is the biggest portion, experience in this would be great.

· Determine if the complaint is substantiate / legit

· Investigating, analyzing, and validating sales call complaint claims from start to finish

· Very little direct contact except via email when needed

Claims Reviewer Requirements

· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

· Strong written communication skills

· Strong Analytical skills

· Listening skills

· Knowledge of Outlook & Excel

· Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines

· Must be organized

Training

· 2-3 Week period

· 8am-4pm M-F - 2, 15-minutes breaks, and 30 min lunch

· Remote virtual training

· Will include web-based modules

· Mainly instructor lead learning systems & product understanding

· Shadowing & listening to calls with existing representatives

· They have big matter experts to support employees with anything they need help with


· Hands on training going over the complaint and solving it.
