Software Sales Specialist


Job Description

Please note that while this position is currently remote, candidates must be willing and able to commute to Northbrook as this will be a hybrid position starting in the late summer or early fall. Candidates must be local.

This is a junior level role, the right candidate will be coached and trained in this position, so must be receptive to constructive criticism and have a desire for professional growth.

Business-to-Business outreach is the primary focus of this role. Use lead generation tools in addition to cold calling to prospect and qualify potential leads. Utilize LinkedIn and Facebook to conduct market research and engage with new clients.

Job Requirements

To be considered, you should have:

-At least 1 year of outbound B2B telesales experience.

-An interest in IT, software, or computers in general.

-A Tech Savvy aptitude.

-The ability to multi-task with applications when speaking with a prospect

-A collaborative spirit to work within a team

-A willingness to learn and be coached.

Bonus points if you have:

-A background related to software or IT. (work history or education)

-A college degree in a relevant field.

-A hobby related to IT or software.
