Description

  • Grow and manage your own book of business
  • Source for and screen new candidates to fill open roles on the market
  • Manage hiring process from start to finish
  • Conduct market research to create business development targets
  • Generate leads and hunt for new business to create and cultivate partnerships with new clients
  • Cold call both potential candidates and potential clients

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-5 years of recruitment or B2B sales experience
  • Successful track record in recruitment or sales
  • Outgoing personality with the drive to fight for new business
  • Team oriented individuals that thrive in collaborative environments
